Entry Fees: $230 (junior drivers under 21: $130); Post Entry Fees: $300.  Entry Refund Policy: Full refund before closing date less $50.  After closing date, entry fee only upon receipt of vet or doctor’s certificate less $50. Stall fee: $150 per stall for Wed. – Sun. nights. $30 per stall for additional nights. Stall Deposit: $50 per stall including tack stalls, destroyed if stall is swept clean. Separate check required. Stall Refund Policy: No refund after closing date. Other fees: ADS fee included in entry fee. Camping and RV parking $50 per night.  Day Parking for competitors not using stalls: $50 per entry;  Competitors’ Party: $45 featuring beef tenderloin and much more. Social Events:  Welcome Reception Thursday 5 pm following briefing for competitors and volunteers.  Competitors’ Party at Big Sky Farm in Southern Pines, Saturday at 6:30

Dressage Tests:
Grass Arenas and Warm-Up
Preliminary:  Test 4 for singles and pairs.  Test 5 for four-in-hands
Intermediate: Test 1
Advanced: FEI Test 9 for Single Ponies and Horses;  FEI Test 10 for Pair Ponies; FEI Test 8B for Pair Horses; FEI Test 8C for Pony Four-in-Hands. FEI Test 8A for Horse Teams.

Marathon:
The course is over mostly grass footing, slightly rolling hills. Very scenic. 3 Sections, up to 6 obstacles for Preliminary; up to 7 for Intermediate. Up to 8 for National Championships.

Cones:
Course will be on grass dressage arena.  All specifications per association rules.

Health Requirements:  Negative Coggins within 1 year of show date.  All horses must be properly registered and identified by diagram.

Stabling Information: Permanent stalls with doors, rubber matting, overhang, electric outlets. Stabling area secured by fence and gate.  Night security.

Driver and groom allowed to go around marathon twice except for National Championship classes.

Misc. Info:  Golf carts will be available to rent from independent contractor. Contact Secretary for information. Photo copies of  Coggins and all membership cards required before entry will be accepted.

Awards:  Trophy and ribbons in each class. Special awards.

Food will be available for purchase on the grounds.

Camping On Grounds: Yes. $50 per night for space with hook-ups (water & electricity mostly 30 amps) Indicate type of camper on entry form.

Camping Off Grounds:

Directions to Show: From Raleigh, NC: Route 1 south all the way to Aberdeen, NC.  Take Route 211 towards Raeford to Montrose Rd. (Watch for “Carolina Horse Park” sign,) turn right on Montrose Rd and follow straight 2.3 miles to the park.  Approximate travel time from Raleigh is 1 hour and 40 minutes.

From Fayetteville, NC, Take Route 401 toward Raeford. From 401 in Raeford take Route 211 toward Aberdeen and Pinehurst, NC. Watch for the Carolina Horse Park sign, then turn left on Montrose Rd and follow straight 2.3 miles to the park. Approximate travel time from Fayetteville is 45 minutes.
